Kaci Daniel

Unit Coordinator
  • Senior Extension Agent, 4-H Youth Development

Kaci has served Orange County for 20 years and developed a program that is strong in traditional 4-H programs such as clubs, camps, and agricultural education events.  She coaches teams for 4-H Food Challenge, Junior Stockman's and Dairyman's, and Youth Cattle Working, and provides leadership training to teen counselors, club officers, and school enrichment groups. Kaci supports hundreds of long- and short-term volunteers who ensure events like the Orange County Fair, 4-H TACO (Therapeutic Adventure Camp of Orange), and school field trips occur, and she partners with youth-serving agencies to offer outdoor education and youth childhood obesity prevention programs.

Kaci is an alumnus of the 4-H program and a Virginia 4-H All Star. She enjoys working with people, planning programs to address local needs, and helping youth develop into the best versions of themselves. She began her career in Extension after college, was promoted to Senior Extension Agent in 2012, and became Unit Coordinator in 2017.
